Job Description

A highly-respected Heavy Civil Contractor in the area with a backlog of projects is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join their team. This Contractor has a stable backlog of EXCITING projects, and has been in business for almost 50 years. My client prides themselves on providing the best quality projects in their field. They also have a passion for developing their employees and promoting from within.

Heavy Equipment Operator Duties:

* Inspect large equipment before and after use to ensure they are working properly
* Load and unload materials and move to appropriate area
* Follow all safety procedures
* Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs when necessary
* Report needs for large repairs

Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 1+ Years experience working with Heavy Equipment
* Possession of CDL or willingness to obtain one
* Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of Heavy Equipment
