Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing paper and electronic files, ensuring quick retrieval of information, and supporting administrative tasks related to document management.             

salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Retrieve and file documents as requested
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Assist with data entry and document scanning
• Support administrative staff with related tasks

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
• Prior experience in administrative or filing roles is a plus
