Randstad is partnering with a premier global organization in Las Vegas to find a Vendor Master Data Specialist. This is a high-impact, critical role within the finance department, responsible for the global integrity of our vendor ecosystem. You won’t just be entering data—you will be the gatekeeper of our financial system's accuracy and the primary coordinator for global vendor relations.
The Role: In this position, you will own the end-to-end vendor registration process and provide executive-level document management support. This role requires a unique blend of analytical research skills and professional communication as you coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors across the globe. Responsibilities
- Manage multi-step vendor setup across various enterprise systems with high-level access and permissions.
- Conduct deep-dive research to resolve conflicting company information and ensure 100% accuracy in the vendor master file.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international vendors and internal departments to facilitate seamless onboarding.
- Oversee the execution and filing of contracts, ensuring perfect nomenclature and organization within shared digital and physical files.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for system-related issues, identifying and resolving technical roadblocks as they arise.
