Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
• Optimize designs based on user behavior and analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch .
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user flows .
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles .
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards .
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with interaction design and motion design .
• Familiarity with usability testing tools (Hotjar, UserTesting, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
