This role is anchored on a Lead Scrum Master foundation and is intended for senior Agile practitioners with deep experience coaching teams, enabling Agile maturity, and driving delivery outcomes at scale. The Technology Release Delivery Coordinator applies Lead Scrum Master capabilities beyond a single team, coordinating delivery and release execution across multiple Agile teams delivering AI‑enabled products within a regulated enterprise environment.

The position expands the traditional Scrum Master scope to include release orchestration, dependency management, delivery risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, data, and platform teams, while maintaining strong ownership of Agile principles and practices.

  • Manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, and release readiness, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, data science, and platform teams

  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering leaders, and Platform teams to align delivery priorities, roadmaps, and release execution plans

  • Support delivery of AI‑enabled solutions, coordinating dependencies related to data pipelines, model readiness, validation activities, and enterprise governance approvals

  • Use delivery metrics and empirical data (e.g., velocity, flow, predictability) to identify improvement opportunities and optimize delivery performance

  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, risk, security, and AI governance requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle

  • Identify and address systemic impediments impacting team agility, facilitating resolution and guiding appropriate escalation paths

  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication and transparency, providing regular updates on delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and release readiness

  • Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners, contributing to increased Agile maturity and consistency across teams and value streams

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting delivery of AI tools, GenAI platforms, machine learning systems, or advanced analytics products

  • Experience coordinating delivery across data science, ML engineering, platform, and product teams

  • Familiarity with the AI/ML delivery lifecycle, including experimentation, validation, governance, and production releases (from a delivery and coordination perspective)

  • Proven success delivering large, cross‑functional initiatives in a scaled Agile environment

  • Strong working knowledge of SDLC, release governance, and change management within regulated technology organizations

  • Hands‑on experience using Agile and delivery tools such as Jira or equivalent
