Sushi Cook — White Harbor Sushi

We are White Harbor Sushi, a premium delivery sushi concept right here in Atlantic Beach. Our menu is built on clean flavors, fresh fish, and precise technique. We run a small team, hold high standards, and maintain great vibes. We care deeply about the food we make, and we want you to, too.

The Role

We are looking for a solid Sushi Cook. Your main focus will be prepping and producing sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi consistently. We are a fast-paced, delivery-focused kitchen, so speed and accuracy matter just as much as quality.

What You’ll Do

• Prep and produce rolls, nigiri, and sashimi to a high standard every shift.
• Handle and store premium fish properly and safely.
• Work efficiently and communicate clearly with the rest of the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of sushi experience.
• Strong, confident knife skills.
• Someone who is reliable and easy to work with.
• Food Handler Certification (or willing to get one quickly).
