PalAmerican Security is hiring motivated and dependable individuals for Security Officer and Field Supervisor positions at sites within and around Chicago, including concierge, corporate, and management roles. Full-time, part-time, and flex schedules are available. Join us for our hiring event on Friday, March 27th, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 1000 Jorie Blvd, Suite 42, Oakbrook, IL 60523. Pay ranges from $17.85 to $21.00 per hour, plus benefits.
Please bring a valid PERC card, 20-Hour Training Certificate, driver’s license, and proof of high school completion if available. Candidates must have reliable transportation, be comfortable standing up to eight hours, and be willing to commute to multiple Chicago-area locations.

PalAmerican Security - Opening: Site Supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
• Oversee the daily workflow and performance evaluations
• Handle discipline and termination following company policy

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain security and safety of designated work area
• Patrol facility to ensure safety and security
• Provide superior customer care and manage aggressive individuals
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Respond to emergency situations and conduct interviews
• Coach officers for peak performance and suggest site order changes

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Superior integrity, leadership, and prioritization skills
• Ability to function well in high-paced and stressful environments
• Passion for creating a safe and happy work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of related supervisory experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
