This position will reside in our Nassau Bahamas recruitment office.
This position works with our on the ground recruitment team in Nassau, along with Operations, Executive Leaders and HRBPs to execute recruiting strategies for positions supporting RCI Private Destinations. The Recruiter is responsible for position fulfillment, requisition and candidate management ensuring the effectiveness of the recruiting process, executing sourcing plans, and overall sourcing strategies and providing insight to leadership regarding the talent market as well as seeking out opportunities for continuous process improvement.
