We are seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to serve as the Program Director for a well-established residency program. This exciting leadership role offers a balanced mix of administrative responsibilities and clinical practice, with approximately a 50/50 split between program oversight and direct patient care. As Program Director, you will provide administrative leadership, supervise clinical training, and guide residents through every stage of their journey, including recruitment, selection, orientation, advising, and evaluation.
*The position is based in an ideal location, with the option to live in Manhattan and enjoy convenient access to work by ferry, train, car, or bus. In addition to the professional fulfillment of shaping the next generation of psychiatrists, this opportunity offers a competitive base salary with the potential for up to 10% in performance-based incentives.
