Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to federal I-9 requirements, audit standards, and internal compliance frameworks.
• Monitor documentation accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Proactively identify regulatory risks and escalate when necessary.
• Oversee end-to-end screening workflows.
• Escalate reportable findings in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain defensible documentation to support audit readiness.
• Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of I-9 governance and compliance.
• Background screening oversight and adjudication experience.
• Ability to monitor and resolve discrepancies in documentation.
• Strong solutions-oriented mindset with an ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Experience in audit readiness and maintaining defensible documentation.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with specific expertise in I-9 compliance and background screening.
