Filing Clerk - Part Time
A client of ours near Wassaic is seeking a Filing Clerk for a long term, temporary placement. The Filing Clerk will help maintain the office operations by providing support to the employees and staff.
Requirements of the Filing Clerk:
»Previous practice in an office setting
»Be proficient with Microsoft Suite
»Computer and internet expertise
Responsibilities of the Filing Clerk:
»Maintaining the back of office records in an orderly fashion
»Receiving and relaying messages
»Maintaining office supplies and equipment
»Scheduling internal appointments as needed
»Entering and updating mailing and contact lists and client information as needed
This is an entry level position that is excellent for someone to gain more practice in an office. Hours are Tuesday-Thursday, 8am-4pm with a pay rate of $17 per hour.
