Summary: As an LPN, you will administer skilled direct and indirect patient care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse. You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the well-being of our patients and adhere to infection control policies. Essential Duties: Provide patient care in accordance with the patient's plan of care under the supervision of an RN. Record patient measurements and observations accurately. Administer prescribed medications as directed by the prescribing physician. Collaborate effectively with other caregivers on the unit. Compensation: The hourly rate is between $22hr-$30.50hr depending on experience and position. Offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the employees' well-being. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. One year of previous experience as an LPN. Current Ohio LPN license. If working bedside will need IV certification. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. Proficiency in medication administration and clinical knowledge.
