Facility: Mountainview Medical Center (Critical Access Hospital)
Position: LPN
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM (Night Shift)
Schedule: Block scheduling available
Start: ASAP
Provide care in LTC and acute/swing bed settings
Assist with patient care including rounds and toileting
Supervise CNA and work closely with RN
Maintain quality patient care in a small team environment
Minimum 3 years of LPN experience
Active MT LPN License
BLS Certification (Required)
Must be comfortable working in LTC + acute care
Small rural Critical Access Hospital
Team per shift: 1 RN, 1 LPN, 1 CNA
LTC census: ~15 patients
