Impactful Responsibilities
- Master the Flow: Coordinate and maintain essential trading documents, including sales orders, contracts, and shipping approvals.
- Optimize Transportation: Select the most efficient shipping methods by balancing cost, size, and urgent deadlines.
- Precision Inventory: Keep a pulse on stock levels, participating in inventory counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Proactive Communication: Act as the central link between material handlers and clients, providing real-time status updates and resolving transit issues with empathy and speed.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming orders for accuracy and damage, filing carrier claims when necessary to ensure only the best reaches our partners.
What You Bring to the Team
- Professional Experience: Proven background in clerical duties or data entry within a professional office setting.
- Logistics Savvy: Previous exposure to domestic and international logistics paperwork is highly valued.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable navigating Office 365 and digital inventory records.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication and the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse business teams.
The Essentials
- Pay: $21.50 per hour
- Employment Type: Contract
- Location: Onsite in Cincinnati, OH
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
