HVAC Service Manager

We are an amazing HVAC Contractor that has been in business for over 50 years. We continue to grow and are looking for an HVAC Service Manager. Must have previous HVAC management experience and willing to help implement and tech training program and best practice customer service process.

This position is split between field and office and the amount you spend will depend on where you feel you need to be to accomplish your goals.

MUST HAVE:

* 5+ years experience in residential and light commercial HVAC management
* HVAC Certification / License preferred
* Strong skill-set of residential and light commercial HVAC products, service, and mechanical understanding
* Ability to manage teams up to 15 techs
* Strong understanding of HVAC functions, duct-work modifications, and design
* Strong ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
* Stable work history to be considered for this position
