Commercial HVAC REQUIRED

A leading $100M+ commercial HVAC contractor is seeking a General Manager - Service to lead and scale its service organization.

This is a hands-on executive leadership role with full P&L ownership , real authority, and direct impact on performance, people, and profitability.

What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day commercial HVAC service operations - Manage and develop a team of 100+ employees (technicians, supervisors, CSR, billing, warehouse) - Own P&L, budgeting, margins, KPIs, and operational performance - Drive service growth, PM agreement expansion, and efficiency improvements - Serve as senior point of contact for key customers and escalations - Maintain a strong field presence and champion a safety-first culture

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years commercial HVAC service experience Required - 3-5+ years in a leadership role with P&L responsibility - Proven success managing large, multi-layered teams - Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills - Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment - Full-time, on-site leadership required
