Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across several key functions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR operations, including benefits, recruiting, payroll, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with auditing employee benefits enrollments and ensuring data accuracy
• Support recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Help maintain and audit timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist with payroll preparation, including data entry and validation
• Support employee onboarding and training coordination
• Help organize and maintain HR files and documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
