As a Human Resources Transformation Intern , you’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting a large‑scale HR transformation focused on how People functions operate, scale, and deliver value across a global organization. You’ll work on real business projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to initiatives that directly impact the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Support project tracking, timelines, and milestone reporting across People Team transformation initiatives
Assist with preparing presentations, status updates, and materials for team and leadership meetings
Help document HR processes and support future‑state process design activities
Track action items, risks, and issues and support follow‑up activities
Assist with change communications, engagement materials, and basic data analysis
Support coordination of workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions
Who You Are (Requirements & Qualifications)
Currently enrolled undergraduate student in your penultimate year of study, with a graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
Available to work in Dallas, Texas, full‑time (40 hours/week) for 12 weeks during June–August
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred
Interest in HR, consulting, organizational change, or program/project management
Ability to analyze information, create basic reports, and present findings
Comfortable learning new tools and collaborating across teams
