Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Gutter installer to join our team! We will train the right person, but will pay well for experience! Call us and let’s talk about what we can do for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate with customers on-site and ensure satisfaction
• Manage materials, tools, and job site organization
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure proper drainage solutions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of gutter installation experience (preferred)
• Leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of gutter systems, pitch, drainage, and installation techniques
• Ability to work on ladders and roofs safely
• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits
