We are seeking a passionate and innovative German Teacher to join our team at FlexTech High School – Shepherd who wants to do school differently. This is not a traditional teaching role.
FlexTech is a small, project-based high school built around strong relationships, real-world learning, and student independence. Our teachers act as advisors, mentors, and collaborators. They guide students through personalized, competency-based learning rather than delivering one-size-fits-all instruction.
The ideal candidate believes all students can succeed and learn German in the right environment and is excited to design meaningful, project based learning experiences that connect to the real world. This role requires flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to work closely with students in both small groups and one-on-one settings.
