The Event Assistant supports the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Support event logistics and on-site operations
• Greet and assist attendees in a professional manner
• Distribute event materials and provide information
• Coordinate with team members and vendors
• Maintain clean and organized event spaces
