Job Description

Key responsibilities
• Students ages 4 to 12
• Plan lessons and classroom activities
• Plan and deliver daily/weekly guided reading lessons aligned to ATOS levels
• Select and organize leveled texts; manage book circulation and inventory.
• Create lesson materials, station activities, and home reading plans.
• Communicate regularly with parents and school leadership about student progress.
• Train/mentor local teaching assistants as needed.
• Maintain classroom management, safety(before and after class time), and documentation.
• Make reading fun and creativeness
• Assist in school’s promotional events
• Evaluate students reading skills and language proficiency
• Give feedback after classes for each kids
• Summarize all the evaluations for each kid every week
• Plan all the books list for each class at least one month before
• Inform school management any concerns including any problem of kids
