Job Description

Our business is growing rapidly! We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & Purchasing Coordinator to join a team in Elgin on a contract basis. 

What You Bring to the Table

• SAP Experience: You’ve navigated SAP (or a similar ERP) and don’t mind high-volume data entry.

• Professionalism: You can craft a clear, polite email to a supplier and handle a fast-paced environment with a smile.

• Speed & Accuracy: You take pride in getting the numbers right the first time.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Receive part numbers and volumes from floor staff and accurately input them into SAP.

• Fill out Purchase Order requisitions and convert approved reqs into formal POs.

• Email formal POs to suppliers and maintain professional correspondence via Outlook.

• Act as the point of contact between internal requests and external vendors.
