Additionally, we offer continuous coaching and guidance to ensure your success. This commission-driven role offers the opportunity to earn between 30-75% of your production.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Work closely with clients to fill urgent job openings
• Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in successful placements
• Use recruiting tools and resources effectively
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews
• Assist in negotiating job offers
• Conduct reference checks for candidates

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to source and engage clients and candidates with consistent outbound activity
• Comfortable building relationships over the phone
• Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and ethics in all interactions
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred, but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training and all required courses
