Job Type: Full-Time Over-the-Road (OTR) Company Driver

Location: Operating primarily east of I-35 (Midwest, South, and Southeast lanes) – No West Coast, No Far Northeast

Compensation, Pay & Benefits:

• Average Weekly Take-Home Pay: $1,820-$2,170 (via direct deposit, based on consistent performance)
• Average 3,000 Miles per Week
• Preplanned routs with our customer loads
• Assigned new, well-maintained trucks (late-model equipment for comfort and reliability)
• No-touch freight (primarily drop-and-hook)

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our OTR fleet hauling dedicated loads across the US. This is a high-mileage position that offers consistent work, excellent earning potential, and modern equipment. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport dryvan freight
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and comply with all Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
• Manage schedules to meet pick-up and delivery commitments and maintain on-time performance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team and customer and follow route plans
• Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies

Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Clean driving record (MVR\PSP)
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and medical exam
• Strong commitment to safety and professional driving habits
• Willingness to be out on the road for extended periods (typical home time every 14-21 days, depending on the account available)
