Position Overview

We are seeking dependable caregivers, (CNAs, HHAs, DSPs experience is aplus!), and experienced home care professionals who are comfortable providing full-assist ADL care , mobility support, memory care, companionship, and safety supervision for seniors with cognitive and physical limitations.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Non-Medical Personal Care & ADL Assistance

Caregivers may assist with the following activities of daily living (ADLs) within a non-medical home care scope:

• Bathing assistance
• Shower assistance
• Bed baths
• Grooming and hygiene care
• Dressing assistance
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Brief changes
• Perineal care
• Oral care and denture care
• Feeding assistance
• Meal preparation and meal support
• Ambulation assistance
• Stand-by assistance
• Gait belt assistance
• Wheelchair assistance
• Repositioning and turning
• Hoyer lift assistance (if experienced/trained)
• Transfer assistance
• Fall prevention and mobility safety
• Bed-bound client support
• Range of motion support
• Medication reminders
• Safety supervision
• Dementia redirection and cueing
• Memory care support
• Sundowning support
• Behavioral support and de-escalation
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry and linen changes
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Hospice supportive care assistance
• Respite care for families

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving, CNA, HHA, DSP, or senior care experience preferred
• Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia care strongly preferred
• Experience with hospice or high-acuity clients preferred
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Current TB test and background clearance preferred (must be a registered HCA)
• CPR certification is a plus
