Job Description

Coucou is hiring servers and bartenders for our Venice location.

Our model

Coucou operates as a no-tipping establishment. Our team is paid a consistent, elevated hourly rate so that:

• compensation is stable and transparent
• service is not driven by tips
• the focus stays on the guest experience and the team
• Bartenders: $30/hour + additional earnings
• Training Pay:   There is a 2 week training period during which time you will receive training pay (minimum wage) before being bumped up to your higher hourly rate.

What the role looks like

• Fast-paced, high-volume service
• Full ownership of your section or bar
• Strong menu knowledge
• Jumping in where needed 

What we’re looking for

• Experience in high-volume restaurants 
• A natural sense of hospitality, warm, intuitive, and present
• Someone who can read a table and move with urgency
• Team players
