Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity

We depend on the Ally analytics community to fuel these journeys and to help nearly 10,000 leaders and employees make countless data-driven decisions every day. Our analytics community has hundreds of analytics professionals across Ally in communities focused on business analytics, data science, R, Python, Power BI and more and continues to grow every day. As you read this, our Technology and Digital organization is deploying our new Cloud Computing platform to accelerate and expand our digital capability. We're looking for a passionate analyst for our . This person will execute quantitative analysis and problem solving to develop in-depth business-relevant insights, scenario based assumptions and forward-looking analysis. Utilizes data from databases, internal reports, market/business trends, and/or financial statements in analysis. Plays integral role in strategy development and associated risk management.. The Work Itself

In this role you will help us make data driven decisions by:

• Performing analysis to drive change within the business
• Quantifying and propose risk/reward trade-offs of recommendations
• Contributing to strategic and associated performance analysis that achieve business objects and results
• Applying knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data
• Providing analytical and data support in the design and review of strategy tests and current operations
• Contributing to complex analytics projects which require technical knowledge
• Performing ad hoc analysis and quickly provide results and recommendations
• Engaging in a culture of Diversity and Inclusion

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in analytics
• Bachelor's degree in related field

Preferred Qualifications

Base Pay Range : $65000 - $115000 USD

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
